Every year on 1 September the new Living Wage is announced (NZ). The Living Wage is being increased to $26.00 per hour from 1 September 2023. Could you be an accredited employer and adopt the living wage? Are your competitors paying their employees more than your business. We recommend regular pay reviews for all of your team, including ensuring your wage scales are relative to the roles. Here is the announcement for the 2023 rate.
