Leaine is the Managing Director for Jones Business Solutions and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this company. With a foundation in the banking industry, Leaine’s subsequent career has included office management, accounting, payroll, property management, and public sector administration, as well as owning and managing her own business.
One of Leaine’s key strengths is the ability to analyse existing systems and implement improvements to achieve greater efficiencies, as well as introducing robust processes to provide clear audit measures and management of risk. Leaine is a Certified Advisor for both Xero and WorkflowMax.
Leaine’s role with Jones Business Solutions is to oversee the company operations, liaise with clients and to manage the Software Implementation and Business Systems service areas. Based in Hawke’s Bay, Leaine regularly visits and works with clients from Taupo to Wellington, as well as providing virtual support to clients in other parts of New Zealand and Australia.
As an advocate and active member of the NZ Bookkeepers Association, Leaine is passionate about supporting and collaborating with other bookkeepers, and regularly mentors and provides training for her peers. She was recognised in 2018 with the Bookkeeper of the Year Award from this Association.
